Is is possible to integrate mlapp file with already existing gui program?

Hey guys, I have a serious question regarding the newly released appdesigner mode. I created gui with appdesigner, and I'd like to combine it with the previously made gui program that contains mostly m-files. I want to integrate them and produce a standalone executable file. Is that possible?
