How do I use this Simulink muscle block I downloaded?

Hi all,

So I downloaded a muscle model block from http://youngmok.com/hill-type-muscle-model-with-matlab-code/ and I'm trying to use it. I've managed to put it in my library browser but it shows me the subsystems and not the model as a whole. How do I incorporate this block as a whole into my model?
