if i have to array how to match them ?

if i have

 Random_matrix = [ [ 1 1 1;3 2 1; 1 1 0] ,[0 3 2;2 3 1; 1 2 2],[3 2 2; 2 1 2; 1 2 2],[3 3 2 ; 2 1 2; 2 2 3];

and if i found

 value = [ 15  12  3  6 ]

how can i match the matrix in the Random_matrix with the value if the

first value for first matrix

second value for second matrix

how can i sort value like that [3 6 12 15] which the matrix will change there position depend on their positions value
