Noise rejection for realtime signal

I have been using LEGO Mindstorms EV3 and in that gyro sensor, there is a trouble i m facing, the gyro sensore when in stable condition gives a constant noise like the graph which i have attached, i want to remove this noise, like if this + 1/ -1 then something shud take care of this

Please give some suggestion to remove this noise
