when i subtract the optic disk from from blood vessels for getting the exudate and hemorrhages it give me error ''Matrix dimensions must agree.'' plz help me

i want to classify the diseases of diabetic retinopathy for this first i will remove the optic disk and blood vessels. i want to get exudate and hemorrhages by subtracting optic disk from blood vessels but it give me error plz help me.
