time domain to frequency domain

Hello all,

I apply a sinusoidal modulation in one variable (current) and then solve my system of equations using PDEPE. For different frequencies, I can solve this sytem of equations.

So, I have my results in time domain for each frequancy value. how can I build up the nyquist plot ( Imag(Z) versus Real (Z))?
