jar cf jar-file input-file equivalent in Matlab

I would like to run this command to generate a jar file in Matlab: jar cf jar-file input-file

Is there anyway to implement this in Matlab?

Hi,

have a look at the system comamnd:

http://www.mathworks.com/help/releases/R2011b/techdoc/ref/system.html

Basically, if your command works in a shell or dos prompt, it works as a system command too.
