Conversion from .m to .exe

Dear manager Recently ，I encounter a question when conversion the .mfile to .exe file.I add the uicontrol on a figure, but when change this .m file to .exe file,the Figure Toolbar disappear.(I must use some toolbar function ). This is run .m file and the function normal

But change to the .exe file,the figure change to follow shows( just have a 'file' menu)
