How to acquire float RGB format frame in Custom adaptor?

Background: My camera module board return RGB image stream. The RGB images have 4 bytes (float) used one color, so become 96 bit. Acquire standard 8,24,32 and 48 bit RGB format. Please see more -> http://www.mathworks.com/help/imaq/adaptorkit/specifying-the-format-of-the-image-data.html
