We're sorry, but something went wrong.

Clicking the download button on the Mathworks website brings up an error (in red): "We're sorry, but something went wrong."
I do the download from my account, and I have associated a license. I've tried multiple times (different days) but still get this error.

What browser are you using? Have you upgraded to the latest version? Have you tried from a different computer?

I'd tried that. Ultimately that problem was that my license was not valid for the newest version of Matlab. Once I set the new license all was working.
It's unfortunate that the error message is not more informative. Could just say that the license is not valid for this product ...
