how can i read specific images from subfolders?

i have a folder called 'persons' and it has 30 subfolders called 'person1 ....person30' each containing 180 images..i need to read the first image of all 30 subfolders,again second image of all 30 and like that...ie;first image of first person,then first image of secon person.similarly second image from first person,then second image from second person like dat..can anyone plz help me with the code for the same....

thnk you image analyst....the code perfectly runs to read all the files...but what i need is to first read all the first image which correspond to pose_1 of 30 persons and then read the second image(pose_2) of all 30 persons and then read the third image(pose_3) of all..so on.....can you please help me to modify the code in this way...i'm a beginner in matlab so please help me
