How to get 'Data Type Assistant' properties set in signal attributes of constant block?

We can get outgoing data type of constant block using 'OutDataTypeStr' property, but I want to get the values of different properties that display in 'Data Type Assistant' panel based on 'OutDataTypeStr' property. like: Mode, Signedness, Scaling, Data type override etc.
