Matlab Simulink Lookup Table Cannot Find sfun_nddirectlook

Hi, I have a Simulink 2D lookup table and it can't find the associated S-function for some reason. I upgraded to Matlab 2011a recently. Could this be a toolbox issue?
The error says "block name" cannot fine sfun_nddirectlook.c
I've searched my hdd and the file doesn't exist.
