Activation error

After completing step 2: "Enter MathWorks account password to start registration." of the Activation and pressing "next", an error window opens: "There was an unexpected exception. See the log file (/var/folders/yQ/yQm6W-ddGUuwnKQXF9xMRE+++TI/-Tmp-/TMW_svact.log) for more details."

How can I solve this problem?
