I am doin a project on OFDMA channel estimation.i have done the simulation in time domain and frequency domain..i hav to find the mmse error between both of these...can i use norm(YF-YT).^2?will anyone help me

y=received signal in time domain YT=fft(y) YF=received signal in freq domain
