Need help at excel xlsread

i have a GUI which solves formula, how do i do that when i get result it will read the excel and represent the equivalent row value on the table. H EL 800 300 775 280 750 250 725 175 700 100
sample code :
[F,PathName,FilterIndex] = uigetfile('*.xlsx;*.xls;*.csv','Find the File to Import');
if FilterIndex ~= 0
a = xlsread(F)
