Determine height of body in image in terms of pixel values

Hi, I have a image of a person standing. How can I determine the height of that person in the image automatically ? Also can I convert the height in Centimeter to the pixel value ? I have done it manually by taking difference between pixel values of Head Top and the average value of Left leg and right leg toe. But is there any method by which I can do it Automatically ? Thanks.
