can't we implement concentric circular array without using Phased Array System Toolbox™ ????! if it is possible to implement concentric circular array without using Phased Array System Toolbox™,then how can we implement??

Yes, I think, you can implement, whenever we implement any array without the toolbox, then basically we define something some vector called steering vector to give a characterization of the elements of array. these vectors will account for the time delays that occurs in the propagation of wave to the sensors .( One can refer to any standard conference/research papers/ any standard literature to get a good idea about these).
so for a concentric circular array, create a M X N steering matrix such that each row will take care of the time delays that occurs within one circumference of the circle. i.e there will be N sensors in one circle and M such concentric circles exists.
This is just my idea.
