matching query with original image by euclidean distance

I have extracted 4 features of an image and stored it in a mat file and concatenated it,so my size of image is [1x359 double] ,i have 1 row and 80 columns of same size,Now i want to take a query image and want to find the euclidean distance for image retrieval ,please help
