How to do a Simbiology Clinical Trial Simulation?

Hi There!

I have been working on a relatively complex PK model for which I have managed to do a Population fit by using the NLME functionality within the Simbiology GUI. However, once I have the parameters I would like to do a Clinical Trial simulation using the estimated parameters, which I cannot find how to do within Matlab 2015.

I have seen this done before which a much older version of Matlab, using a custom function. Is there a way to do this in the more recent versions of Simbiology GUI? or alternatively, could you share a custom code that includes simulation plots etc.? Many thanks!
