4 Port D Flip Flop Modelling in Simulink

I have been trying to design an Successive Approximation Register in Simulink using D Flip Flop.

D Flip Flop has three inputs by default in simulink D, CLK, !CLR

However the image shown below has additional 4th input port as !SET

Can anyone please help me in designing this?
