does any one explain to me how can I use ground truth file Exel format (Xls) in matlab for calculat the distance between result location and ground truth.

Hello, actually I am doing research on hand gesture tracking, code any one help me how can I use ground truth file of video data set in Exel format(.XLS) to calculate the distance between tracking results and ground truth in x_pos and Y_pos . if you can offer me with explaining code please. thank you all.
