there are my command:
figure; polarview(THETA,RHO,MULT,PRN); xlabel([datestr(JD(T1)) ' -------- Unfiltered -------- ' datestr(JD(T2))]) T=title(['TEQC Report file: ' strrep(file,'_','-')]);set(T,'fontsize',8)

How to save this figure aotomatically....

Use the print() command, which saves figures to disk in a variety of formats.

Can you be more specific about what the problem is? Are you getting an error message? If so, what's the message?
(Also, it is a bad idea to call a variable "save", which is a MATLAB keyword.)

What I mean is this:
When you run the code, does MATLAB report an error? What is the MATLAB error message?

Also, I just noticed, shouldn't that be '-djpeg' rather than '-djpg'?
