I need to subtract background without using reference image,is there any way to do that?If so, please help me with matlab code

I have single image, i need to subtract its background to get distinct object

You want to extract something you call "background" from an image. But how can Matlab decide, which pixels belong to the background? It is impossible for Matlab and for the forum to guess, how you define "background" and how it can be recognized. So please edit the original question and insert details.
