Configure the Vienna SL LTE Simulator

Please who is familiar with the Vienna SL LTE Simulator? Using omnidirectional antenna, In order to eliminate interference from idle eNodeBs, I have added this line to the batch file: LTE_config.always_on = 'false';
But I want to attach users (UEs) to only cell 5, Please what would I have to configure?
