How can I do the daily summation for a monthly time series where the data is divided every 2 minutes?

Dear all,

The attached file containe a time series for one month divided every two minutes, so the first column is date (year month day hour minute second), the 2nd-5th columns are the data that I want to sum. How can I do the daily summation for each column of this data? and how can I split the dates after the summation so (year month day) will be in separated columns?. So the new data after the summation will be in 7 columns the first three columns are the dates (year month day) and the rest columns are the data after the summation. I'll be so grateful if anyone help to solve this problem please? Many Thanks in advance
