How to drive the "IGBT SimElectronics component" when it is in the upper arm of an inverter ?

I must to do the model of an inverter. This last uses IGBT in each arms.

However, after different tests, I didn't find the good design of the driver which can command the IGBT without "Emitter pin - Ground" connection.

Examples provided by Matlab are only in case of emitter E pin connected to the ground.

So, someone would share the schema of a driver for IGBT in inverter upper arm ? Thanks!

Simscape Electrical provides a Half-Bridge Driver block that would allow to control both high and low side switches.

For an example about how to connect the gate signals check the Solar Power Inverter.

For a lower fidelity implementation check the Converter block. Alternatively, the Ideal semiconductor switching devices can be used to build your own converter and they offer the option to use PS or electrical connections for the gate.
