model with PDEs parameters fit to real data

I have a model, with PDEs, that I would like to fit to real data. I don't know how to do it unless I make a systematic search, which is not very efficient. Any suggestions ? Thank you,

I can’t help you with the PDEs because I don’t have enough experience with them. However I outlined the general idea of fitting ODEs to data in Monod Kinetics and Curve Fitting.
