c2dt: why isn't it listed at "Control System Toolbox" functions list? [r2010b]

I found c2dt with the help of google, because otherwise I can't find any link on the documentation, specificaly under "Control System Toolbox". "doc c2dt" will open the doc page, but that only work after I know the function existed.
Is this a bug?

which c2dt
returns
C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2010b\toolbox\control\ctrlobsolete\c2dt.m
Which suggests that the function is obsolete.
