Plotting a group of 2d Polygon ( Trapezium) and automation to change the angle of all trapeziums.

I need to create a 2d object in shape of a trapezium. Then I need to arrange them in an array. All of them parallel at a same angle with the horizontal. With automation I should be able to change the angle of each of the trapezium with respect to horizontal.
