protein sequence fasta loading problem in Clusterering GUI of matlab using ann

i use the nnstart command in matlab and then go clustering toolbox . i want to use built in ann for clustering. my input data is protein sequence in fasta format. but i fail to load input. please help me how can i load my protein sequence input into clustering GUI of MATLAB.
