I am using the MOSFET (Ideal, Switching) block model and a Probe block to display and access internal variables from the MOSFET. According to the documentation, the logged simulation data should include thermal loss variables such as lastTurnOffLoss, lastTurnOnLoss, and lastReverseRecoveryLoss.
However, I cannot see the lastReverseRecoveryLoss data for the body diode. Is it possible to access all loss-related variables from the switch, including the diode reverse recovery losses? If so, how can this be done correctly?

It appears that lastReverseRecoveryLoss cannot be accessed using the Probe block. However, it can be accessed from in the Simscape Results Explorer. The best way to access the losses is at post-process.
