Hi Maria,
Have you changed the hardware/adapters (therefore MAC addresses) in the past? If so, I assume the hostID 0000037bfe80 was one of old ones and was used to activate MATLAB. So now if you try to activate for the hostID c4cbe1a6833c for example, you might get the same license file.
Hint: the -activate flag won't trigger the activation client MATLAB, and if you want to run the activation client, you will need a GUI. You can also activate MATLAB manually.
I suggest picking out the adapter that you plan to keep for a long time, then please reach out to our support team and we should be able to help further:
Installation and Licensing Support can be reached at +1-508-647-7000. Dial option 3, then 1 at the menu
Please consider giving us a call, or an email for licensing issues as we have access to more licensing information on our end ^^
