DRAWING Perpendicular to each point of centerline of Vessels

Please help me.....i get the centerline of artery. Now i want to calculate the width of artery by drawing perpendicular at each point of centerline or you can say drawing line between two points at boader that passes from the point of centerline.like the image attached.
