Can someone please help me to understand what i do wrong with my code and Simulink model?

I don't uderstand what i do wrong with my model and code and why i can't get proper graphic of temperature, and why 'tout.T' isn't working.

The tout variable is the time vector that is automatically saved to the Workspace. What exactly does out.T, specifically the 'dot-T' part, represent when sent to the Workspace?
Can you go to the block settings and send the data array instead of the data structure to the Workspace?
