Multilevel inverter with PSMS control

I'm looking for an example of a multilevel (3-level) inverter with PMSM control drive in SimScape usable for GaN switiching power devices - that is, where high switching frequency is used. Is there an example (SimScspe) of a multilevel three-phase converter applicable to a PMSM drive or a very close example for this use case?

Does the PWM Generator (e.g. three-phase, two-level) provides "sync" pulse of the PWM carrier or carrier signal itself?
