陰関数のパラメータ推定

陰関数のフィッティングを行える関数はないでしょうか？
(x, y)のデータ群があり
a*exp(x-b*y)+c*(x+y)+d=0
の式に従うときに、パラメータa,b,c,dを推定したいです。
