How to copy data of one text file to another text file in matlab.

I need to copy data (string, space and special characters are included) of one text (.txt) file into another text (.txt) file.

Use the copyfile function.

if you do not want to make just another copy of the file and insert it into another txt file. read up on fopen, fgetl, fwrite, fprintf, and see which ones suit your needs.
