Unable to mount roadrunner into docker MATLAB container.

I am attempting to run RoadRunner batch testing in a MATLAB docker container. The container has rrscenario files and uses the RoadRunner interface. The test manager is unable to interface with RoadRunner despite the application folder being mounted into the container

For more context and background, the docker container is relying on the local machine copy of roadrunner, as the installation folder is mounted to the container. But in the docker container, test manager reports error message of unable to open RoadRunner application from installation folder. If I were to run test manager on my local machine, then it works.
