Wavelet Analysis in Matlab

I have been using the "Wavelet analysis and design tool" from the App menu in matlab.

Now I need to perform a few hundred wavelet decompositions. The app only lets you do one at a time, and the coding it is a bit beyond me. Is there any other way? Maybe I am missing something in the app, I'm a bit stuck.
