Hi,
I registered with the university account (<mailto:ali.alhassan@student.uni-siegen.de ali.alhassan@student.uni-siegen.de>) which should usually be licensed but I still have no license.. Every time I want to download Matlab, I get "you do not have a license" or something like that.

you do not automatically get a license just because you register on the site with an university email with a license. Matlab licenses are pretty much like any other licenses which you either need a license number like a "CD key". This number can be registered with your account but it needs to be given to you by the university. Check with your university IT department which either will give you a license number or give you where to look on the university network to download Matlab and how to configure Matlab to look on the university network for a site license sever.
