- Make sure the Wind Turbine Parameters such as wind speed, turbine rotor diameter, and power coefficient (Cp) curve are correct, as Incorrect values can lead to mismatched operational conditions.
- Ensure that the PMSG control system (e.g. vector control) is correctly tuned to maintain the desired speed and power output.
- Consider mechanical losses in the drive train, such as friction and windage losses as these can reduce the output speed if not accounted for.
