I want to show the path drawn by our rocket on Google Earth. However, I need to make it inclined as shown in the link below. How can I do this?
Most probably I need to use sin and cos functions, but I don't know what to write according to.

Sorry @Aleyna, What does this "Real Time Trajectory In Google Earth" have to do with MATLAB? Or you want to create a MATLAB program with GUI to replicate something similar?

You need to put the rocket coordinates into a KML file, and make a link to the KML file from goodgle earth. THat is explained in the link you provided. The KML file coordinate system is WGS-84, the coordinate system used by GPS: decimal longitude (negative west), decimal latitude (negative south), altitude above mean sea level, in meters. In that order. Therefore convert your rocket coordinates to that system, if they are not already.
