Is it possible to access the discrete input/output pins of the RCEI-530A ARINC 429 card?

I have an RCEI-530A ARINC429 card within my xpC Target 5.5 setup and I now have a need for a number of discrete outputs. I noticed that this card has the outputs I need, but I am not sure how to access them as the associated A429 block does not seem to interface with them.
Is there a separate block within the xPC library that will interface with these outputs or are they not supported?
