Need Help with Position, Velocity, Acceleration model

Hello everyone, I am pretty new to mathlab and simulink but i want to model this equation using simulink any help would be appreciated.

@Sinan if you want a complete solution, then start learning MATLAB and Simulink. Start writing. We are not here to provide answers to homework assignments, and certainly not to write your code on demand.

When modeling a differential equation in Simulink, it is generally necessary to formulate the problem in integral form. Subsequently, you can establish the appropriate connections by linking the relevant signals from the output port of one block to the input port of another block.
