How do i make a classifier algorithm for radio signals in signal labeler app

Hi, i am tring to use auto labeler in the signal labeller app and i didnt understand how do i make the classifier. I am tring to replicate this video : https://in.mathworks.com/videos/deep-learning-for-radar-and-wireless-communications-1575923370163.html but this video is very vage and doesnt explane on how to make the classifer and also how to us deep learning for the auto lableing of LFM, Rectangular, Barker.
