Generate exported_enum_type.h file with different name without modifying getHeaderFile()

I have model.slx file that uses enum type, when i generate the code MATLAB creates model.c and model.h, aslo exported_enum_type.h file that contains the data of the enum type, and this is expected since the enum file have getHeaderFile() method that points to this name.
My question is how to force MATLAB to generate this file like this "model_exported_enum_type.h" by changing model.slx setting to ignore getHeaderFile() and without changing the enum file content ?
Note: This can be solved simply by changing getHeaderFile() to point to "model_exported_enum_type.h" instead, but i want to keep the enum file as it is.

The only way to change the header file name is by modifying the getHeaderFile() function.
Thanks.
Mark.
