mp3 encoder code in matlab, can i able to get it? ... actually i have problem implimenting pscychoacoustic model...so if possible can you give code for it?

You may want to swap the heading and 'description' parts of your questions hereon, :) but here's the only implementation I know which works well:
Disclaimer: I have absolutely no idea what the copy permissions are for any of these codes, but I'm sure you can at least use it to get a headstart in your project/assignment!
