Hi, May i know how can i divide a segmented image in two equal part vertically?

I have segmented a subject image (in this case rat) from the main image and segmented the asymptomatic region within the body and need to compare the asymmetrical between both side of the body for feature extraction and analysis. Not necessary equal but sufficient to get the vertical central line of the subject. Thanks.
