Parallel Matlab on EC2 or other supercomputer?

3 views (last 30 days)
In around 2014, I was one of the beta testers for Matlab Parallel/Distributed computing on the Amazon EC2. I was developing tomographic imaging algorithms and it worked really well.
Is Matlab available on the EC2 or any supercomputer platform where I can pay for the computing by the hour. I do have valid matlab licenses for my main Linux desktop.
It's pretty tough to find any information on matlab via the Amazon Web Services page.
Would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.
Best,

The "Resources for Using MATLAB and Simulink in the Cloud" page links to instructions about how to run MATLAB on a virtual machine deployed on AWS or in a container deployed on AWS.

In particular, MathWorks' "Cloud Center" linked from that page is probably the closest thing today to what was around back in 2014. That gives you an easy way to set up and use a cluster using EC2 resources.
